Application and fit call
A 30-minute conversation about your catalog, your current search, and what's failing. If we're not a fit, we'll say so on the call.
Catalog indexing
We connect to your platform and index your products. You'll see search running on your real data within days.
Relevance tuning
We run your actual search logs against the new system, find what's failing, and tune. This is where most of the improvement comes from.
Merchandising setup and training
Your team learns the controls — pinning, boosting, campaign scheduling — so you're not dependent on us for day-to-day changes.
Measured rollout
We ship to a slice of traffic first, measure conversion and zero-result rate against a control, then ramp. You get the numbers either way.
What we'll measure together
Zero-result rate
The share of searches returning nothing today
Search conversion
rate
Compared to your site average
Revenue per
search
The number that matters
Top failing queries
A ranked list of searches your current setup can't answer
